Where we can help:

  • You simultaneously feel too much but not enough
  • You're constantly thinking about food, exercise, or how your body looks
  • You hold yourself to impossibly high standards
  • You feel like you should be able to figure this out on your own but can't

Welcome, I am Dr. Zoe Ross-Nash

Licensed Clinical Psychologist & Certified Eating Disorder Specialist

As the founder of Equilibrium Health Advantage, I am deeply committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care that supports lasting growth, steadiness, and healing. My dedication to helping people reclaim balance and wellbeing is what led me to this work as a licensed clinical psychologist.

At EHA, our mission is simple yet profound: to help you find your balance.

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. You don’t have to navigate it alone. If you feel ready, or simply curious, it is worth noticing. It would be an honor to hear your story and walk alongside you on your path toward healing and balance.

What is it like working with EHA?

Eating Disorders

This is a space where you don’t have to have it “figured out.” Your relationship with food and your body will be approached with curiosity, not judgment. We’ll look at what these patterns are doing for you — not just try to take them away. Over time, the goal is to quiet the constant thoughts, reduce the extremes, and help you build a way of eating and living that feels more stable, flexible, and sustainable.

Trauma

Our work together is paced, intentional, and grounded in safety. You stay in control of how and when we approach difficult experiences. We’ll focus first on helping you feel more steady so that when you do begin to process what you’ve been through, you’re not overwhelmed by it. You won’t have to carry it alone, and you won’t be pushed beyond what feels manageable.

High Achieving Professionals

A place where you don’t have to perform. You can show up exactly as you are without having to hold everything together. We’ll work to understand the pressure, the standards, and the patterns that keep you stuck, while helping you create a way of operating that feels more sustainable. The goal isn’t to lose your edge — it’s to make sure your success isn’t costing you your well-being.

Therapy is a constant exchange between accepting ourselves where we are, while recognizing there is space to grow. We must learn to accept the parts of ourselves no one claps for, understand their origin, and trust we have the resiliency to not just heal, but thrive.
